By booking a session with Paws & Pose Inc, I agree to the following terms and conditions

We kindly request that you respect the space and other participants by keeping your voice at a moderate level during the session.

Age & Supervision Requirements

I confirm that I am 18 years old or older.

If I am purchasing a ticket on behalf of an individual under the age of 18, I confirm that they are over 7 years old and will be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. Teens aged 15 and older may attend without an adult, provided a parent or guardian has signed the waiver on their behalf.

Both children and accompanying adults must have their own tickets for the session.

Health & Allergies

I confirm that I do not have any allergies to animals, including the puppies that will be present during the session.

I understand that if I am feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms that may pose a risk to others or the puppies, I should not attend the session.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided unless the class is canceled by Paws and Pose. In the event of a cancellation, we will make an announcement.

Classes will proceed as scheduled, including in cases of weather-related disruptions, as conditions were forecasted in advance.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' written notice via email. Requests made within 48 hours may not be accommodated.

Behavior & Disruption

I understand that Paws & Pose reserves the right to remove any participant displaying violent or inappropriate behaviour towards animals or people.

I also understand that any disruptive behavior that disturbs the session may lead to removal from the class without refund.

Photography & Videography

I am aware that photos and videos may be taken during the session and used for advertising purposes by Paws & Pose, including on social media platforms.

If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will inform staff prior to the session.

 Puppy Welfare

I acknowledge that the puppies participating in the session may vary. While we strive to feature specific litters, the exact puppies available may change without notice.

I am aware that the welfare of the puppies is a top priority for us. All participants are expected to respect the puppies and handle them gently and safely.

Risk and Liability

I acknowledge that there are inherent risks in participating in puppy yoga and puppy events, including but not limited to injury, bites, or scratches from puppies.

I agree that I will not hold Paws & Pose, its staff, or affiliates liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the session.

I understand that I am responsible for handling the puppies with care and will be held liable for any damages caused by mishandling.

I understand that I will be required to sign an e-waiver at the door prior to class, or I will not be allowed to participate.

What to Bring

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, although we provide mats for all participants.

You may bring a water bottle and phone to your yoga mat..
