Keeping our puppies hydrated is a key part of their wellbeing. Puppies can’t yet regulate their body temperature. Fresh water is available at all times during each event, ensuring that the puppies can drink whenever they need to.

We respect the feeding schedules of each puppy. Puppies are fed based on their individual needs, and monitored by our  staff as they eat, ensuring they receive the right nutrition at the right time. They may also be given treats during class.

Every event begins with a safety demonstration on how to properly handle puppies. Staff provide clear instructions on the correct way to pick up & support the puppies’ bodies to prevent any discomfort or harm. Classes are monitored to ensure puppy safety.

We know that puppies need plenty of rest to stay happy, healthy, and full of energy. That’s why we ensure they get approximately 1 hour of nap between sessions, so they can recharge comfortably before more play and cuddles! They sometimes also sleep during class.

We ensure puppy safety by using vet-approved, pet-safe disinfectants to sanitize all surfaces, mats, hands and equipment before, during, and after each event. This reduces any risk of germs and ensures a healthy environment for the puppies' fragile immune system.

Our studio is cleaned regularly to stay fresh and odor-free, creating a welcoming space for both puppies and guests. Our friendly staff are always here to help ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and ready to enjoy the experience.
