Who teaches the yoga classes?
We have certified yoga instructors who have a minimum of 200 RYT!
How many puppies are at each event?
We aim to bring a minimum of 5 per class, depending on litter size and event size. Class sizes vary based on puppy count.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Mats are provided and sanitized between each session, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. However, please do so with caution as the puppies may chew on your mat, or use it to take a bathroom break.
Where do the puppies come from?
We collaborate with rescues, shelters, & ethical breeders, assisting with early socialization before puppies go to their fur-ever homes. We do not support puppy mills or backyard breeders. As animal lovers, our mission is to create a positive and supportive environment where both puppies and participants thrive, creating confident, social dogs.
Can I bring my own dog?
For the safety of our puppies, we don’t allow attendees to bring pets.
Can I bring my children?
Children are welcome, provided they’re accompanied by an adult (18+). Each attendee, including children, needs a ticket. Parents must ensure that the children keep their volume to a minimum and will be gentle with the puppies.
Are the puppies available for adoption?
We do not facilitate sales or adoption, but may put you in contact upon request during class.
Where are you located?
We are located in downtown Toronto but we can travel to you for private events!
Do I have to participate in the yoga or pilates?
Not at all! Puppy classes are designed to help everyone relax and enjoy, whether that means practicing yoga, pilates or just soaking up some puppy cuddles. Feel free to take breaks and enjoy the company of these adorable pups or not do the yoga at all!
Can I take pictures during class?
Yes, absolutely! Snap as many photos and videos as you’d like. Our team is also happy to take photos for you—just remember to turn off your flash. And don’t forget to tag us on social media to be entered in our weekly giveaway!
Can I tag you on social media?
Yes, please do! We’d love to see and share your moments with the pups. Tag us at @pawsandpose.ca on Instagram and Tiktok.
